About Us

PIRRA makes simple, cordless at-home devices for women in midlife – things that are easy to use at home, on the couch, for a little while each day.

PIRRA Balans exists because so many people carry a neck that never gets to rest. We wanted something that gives the neck pulse, heat and massage all at once, with no app, no appointment and no one else needed to help.

How we work

• We sell directly to you, with no retail markup
• Free, tracked shipping across the US
• 180-day guarantee: a calmer neck or your money back
• A real person reads every email, usually replying within one business day
